Four Oklahoma men accused of being involved in illegal drug trafficking were arrested last week, following an investigation and cooperation by several law enforcement agencies throughout Oklahoma. Pedro Lee Luera, 31, Mark A. Prentice, 37, Ryan Battilsa Matlock, 23, and Richard Garcia, 36, were charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a substance containing methamphetamine between September and May. Oklahoma Drug-Related Offenses

A Federal Criminal Complaint was filed against the four Oklahoma men in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma on May 15, alleging that a drug trafficking conspiracy involving the distribution of methamphetamine in Oklahoma City and throughout the state of Oklahoma took place from September through May. As a result of the complaint, Luera, Prentice, Matlock and Garcia were charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute not less than 50 grams of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine, which is a Schedule II controlled substance. The drug crime arrests occurred with the cooperation of the Oklahoma City Safe Streets Task Force, ATF, IRS, District III Drug Task Force, Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, the Normal Police Department, the Moore Police Department, and the Oklahoma Department of Corrections.
